This website provides general information about Art Construction Corp., its gate, fence, fabrication, automation, restoration, and related services in Plano and the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Website content is not a construction contract, engineering opinion, permit approval, or guarantee that a particular service is available for every property.
Estimates and project agreements
An estimate request does not create a contract or reserve a project date. Final scope, measurements, materials, price, payment schedule, timing, warranty, exclusions, change orders, and customer responsibilities are governed by the written proposal or contract accepted for the project.
Warranty statements
Warranty language on this website describes coverage that may be available on qualifying work. Exact structural, workmanship, motor, manufacturer, maintenance, duration, and exclusion terms are stated in the signed project documents. Damage caused by impact, misuse, alteration, ground movement, severe weather, motor failure, or another outside force may be excluded.
Property, permits, and approvals
Property owners are responsible for providing accurate ownership, boundary, utility, HOA, access, and site information unless the written agreement states otherwise.
